First we decided to give away a trip to Hawaii to a member of our Market Domination Program. There are several criteria to winning; things like implementation of our strategies, sharing with the group, increases in sales, and giving back to the community.

This has been a great addition to our program...It's not because our members can't afford to go to Hawaii on thier own, (obviously they can with the sales numbers they are doing) but because a little competition always improve performance.

After we kicked off the Hawaiian Vacation contest, we met Miss Hawaii, Pilialoha Gaison. We talked with her about what we were doing for our members. She was very excited about it (since she is a business major herself), and she quickly understood the importance of helping independents to survive and thrive.

Ethan figured the BMW would win. I thought Mercedes. Turns out, after the vote, (it was close) the BMW was more popular.
